Ingredients

METABOLISM BOOSTING DETOX WATER

  • 1 grapefruit, cut into small wedges
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 1 tbsp. goji berries
  • Filtered water

ANTI-AGING DETOX WATER

  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Lime, cut into small wedges
  • 2 sprigs of cilantro
  • Filtered water

SPICY CITRUS DETOX WATER

  • 1 orange, cut into small wedges
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • ½ jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and diced
  • Filtered water

JUMP START BREAKFAST

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2-3 strawberries, cut into small wedges
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • ½ spoon coconut, shredded
  • Almond milk ( added in the morning)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in a tall glass or pitcher.
  2. Add water and let sit for 5-10 minutes in the fridge.

PRO TIPS

Add a splash of fresh orange juice for extra citrus flavor.
