Do 3 sets of 10 repetitions every other day, and the exercise will help build the muscles under your breasts and in your upper chest.

You will need to lay in your bed with your upper body slightly propped up on some pillows, like you’re getting ready to read a book. Next, pour a tiny amount of olive oil on your palm and rub your hands together.

Once done, place one hand on each breast and make small circles around both of them using circular massaging motions. Make 10 circles around each breast and that is it!
