Routine for loose Skin after weight loss

The joy of losing weight is usually shadowed by the unaesthetic loosened skin left on your body. Don’t get discouraged! Here are a few simple exercises to tonify your skin and shape your body.

Abdomen Exercises
One of the most common exercises for this part of the body is bicycle. All you need to do is lay on your back, place your hands on the back of your head and start pedaling in the air.

To break monotony, you can reach the right knee with your left elbow and your left knee with your right elbow alternatively, contracting your abdomen as you lift your elbows up. Do 2-3 sets of 15-20 bicycle rounds.

Arms Exercises
These exercises not only will tighten your arms’ skin, but they will also make your breasts firm and give you a healthy back. Simply stay in front of a wall and stretch your palms onto it (chest level) and then do some regular push-ups, leaving your weight on your arms.

Another great exercise is by using dumbbells. Spread your legs, bend your knees a little and hold the dumbbells into your hands (palms facing each other). Raise your hands above your head, maintain that position for a few seconds and then go back to the initial position. Repeat the process for 20 times, with one short break after the first 10.

Foot Strengthening Exercises
We recommend you to do any of these exercises: lunge, squatting, hitting the box bag with your feet, climbing the stairs with weights on your feet, or exercises on the floor – lay on your back, arms beside your body, palms faced down. Raise your feet at a 45 degrees angle and cross them in the air as fast as you can. Do 2 sets of 15 such exercises.
