Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 2 fresh or dried figs
  • 2 tablespoons of grounded flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of crushed almonds
  • 1/3 cup of water.

Preparation:

  • First, squeeze the orange.
  • Mix the juice with the rest of the ingredients in a blender.
  • If you are using dried figs, soak them in a glass of water for half an hour before putting them in the blender.
  • Blend everything well to get a smooth and creamy texture.
  • Drink it immediately.

Banana-Kiwi protein smoothie:

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 orange
  • ½ apple
  • 1 tablespoon of grounded flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of crushed hazelnuts.

Preparation:

  • Mix all of the ingredients in a blender until you get smooth, creamy texture. Drink immediately.

Raspberry-Apple protein smoothie:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 1 organic apple (if it`s not organic, peel it)
  • 1 banana
  • Half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of grounded flax seeds

Preparation:

  • Mix all of the ingredients in a blender or a juicer, to get a smooth, creamy texture.
  • Drink it immediately.
