Eggs are basically a must have when it comes to a super breakfast. They are full of proteins and other important nutrients that can jump start the metabolism and they can make you feel full with very little calories.

  • Oatmeal

Oatmeal can make a wonderful breakfast because it is packed with soluble fiber that can balance the cholesterol levels and boosts the metabolism in the morning. Due to the hydrofluoric acid in the oatmeal it can reduce any stomach irritations.

  • Blueberries
